根据对青藏铁路多年冻土区桥梁工程出现的主要变形进行的现场调查和监测数据分析，总结青藏铁路多年冻土区桥梁墩台变形病害现状及特点，揭示病害机理，对桥梁墩台变形机理、发展趋势和变化规律进行分析，提出通过改善地基多年冻土环境、减少地基土冻胀及增加桩基承载力等方式来控制桥梁墩台变形的整治措施，以保证青藏铁路的可持续安全运营。
根據對青藏鐵路多年凍土區橋樑工程齣現的主要變形進行的現場調查和鑑測數據分析，總結青藏鐵路多年凍土區橋樑墩檯變形病害現狀及特點，揭示病害機理，對橋樑墩檯變形機理、髮展趨勢和變化規律進行分析，提齣通過改善地基多年凍土環境、減少地基土凍脹及增加樁基承載力等方式來控製橋樑墩檯變形的整治措施，以保證青藏鐵路的可持續安全運營。
근거대청장철로다년동토구교량공정출현적주요변형진행적현장조사화감측수거분석，총결청장철로다년동토구교량돈태변형병해현상급특점，게시병해궤리，대교량돈태변형궤리、발전추세화변화규률진행분석，제출통과개선지기다년동토배경、감소지기토동창급증가장기승재력등방식래공제교량돈태변형적정치조시，이보증청장철로적가지속안전운영。
Based on field investigation and monitoring data analysis of the main deformations appearing at the bridges on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway in permafrost region, this paper summarized the present situation and the characteristics of the deformation disease of the bridge piers and abutments in this region, revealed the disease mechanism, and analyzed the mechanism, development trend and change rule of the bridge pier and abutment deformation. Moreover, to ensure sustainable security operation of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the relevant treatment measures for controlling bridge pier and abutment deformation were put forward in this paper, such as improving the permafrost environment of subsoil, decreasing the frost heave of subsoil, enhancing the bearing capacity of pile foundations, etc.
