目的：探究分析脑损伤术后合并气管插管病人的护理措施，提高手术急诊过程中的护理配合能力，减少手术时间，降低患者的死亡率。方法：对137例颅脑损伤患者在急诊过程中手术护理配合的流程、要点以及临床经验进行相关的总结。结果：137例颅脑损伤患者经手术抢救成功120例，成功率为87.59%，死亡17例，其中7例在手术过程中死亡，余10例主要因严重脑挫裂伤并发脑疝，使得脑干受损从而导致中枢衰竭引起死亡。结论：手术室护士应该熟练掌握各项抢救方法和先进的检测技术，同时要具备较强的临床观察、分析和应急反应能力，手术中要及时配合医生进行手术操作中的相关措施，对提高手术抢救的成功率有至关重要的作用。

목적：탐구분석뇌손상술후합병기관삽관병인적호리조시，제고수술급진과정중적호리배합능력，감소수술시간，강저환자적사망솔。방법：대137례로뇌손상환자재급진과정중수술호리배합적류정、요점이급림상경험진행상관적총결。결과：137례로뇌손상환자경수술창구성공120례，성공솔위87.59%，사망17례，기중7례재수술과정중사망，여10례주요인엄중뇌좌렬상병발뇌산，사득뇌간수손종이도치중추쇠갈인기사망。결론：수술실호사응해숙련장악각항창구방법화선진적검측기술，동시요구비교강적림상관찰、분석화응급반응능력，수술중요급시배합의생진행수술조작중적상관조시，대제고수술창구적성공솔유지관중요적작용。
Objective: To explore the nursing measures of patients with tracheal escrow analysis of brain injury after operation, improve the ability of emergency nursing cooperation during operation, reduce the operation time, reduce the mortality rate of patients.
