Women of childbearing age%IUD%preoperative counseling
目的：探讨研究术前咨询对育龄期妇女宫内节育器使用效果的影响。方法：选取2009年1月-2010年6月来我站采用宫内节育器进行避孕且无其他禁忌症的育龄期妇女1100例，随机分为实验组与对照组各550例。实验组得到较好的咨询，对照组得到较一般的咨询。对两组使用效果进行问卷调查。结果：实验组的可接受性较对照组有显著增高，且实验组的意外妊娠率及因症取出率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。而两组在不良反应发生率及节育器移位脱出率方面无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：术前咨询服务能有效促进女性生殖健康，为计划生育工作提供基本保障。

목적：탐토연구술전자순대육령기부녀궁내절육기사용효과적영향。방법：선취2009년1월-2010년6월래아참채용궁내절육기진행피잉차무기타금기증적육령기부녀1100례，수궤분위실험조여대조조각550례。실험조득도교호적자순，대조조득도교일반적자순。대량조사용효과진행문권조사。결과：실험조적가접수성교대조조유현저증고，차실험조적의외임신솔급인증취출솔균명현저우대조조（P<0.05）。이량조재불량반응발생솔급절육기이위탈출솔방면무현저차이（P>0.05）。결론：술전자순복무능유효촉진녀성생식건강，위계화생육공작제공기본보장。
Objective:To investigate research preoperative counseling for women of childbearing age use IUDs effect.Methods:January 2009-June 2010 to stop using the IUD contraceptive me and no other contraindications in women of childbearing age 1100 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 550 cases. Experimental group get bet er advice in the control group to obtain more general advice. The effects of the two groups using the questionnaire.Results:The experimental group compared with the control group, the acceptability was significantly increased, and the experimental group and the result of accidental pregnancy symptoms were significantly lower than the control group removed (P <0.05). And the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions and IUD shift prolapse rate was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative consulting services can effectively promote women's reproductive health, family planning work to provide basic protection.
