随着我国教育体制的全面发展，对于教育内容的要求也越来越高。体育教学内容也不再是简单的体育锻炼和健康锻炼，而是要求在体育锻炼中渗透入人文教育的概念，促进学生的全面发展。本文以湖南省为例，分析了湖南省高职院校实行人文教育与体育教育结合的教育方式的原因以及实行现状，并提出相关改革建议举措，以期为教育工作者提供帮助，促进我国体育教育事业的发展。

With the development of China's education system, the education content requirements are also getting higher and higher. Sports teaching content is no longer a simple physical exercise and healthy exercise, but the concept requirements in physical training infiltrated the humanistic education, and promote all-round development of students. In this paper, taking Hunan Province as an example, analyzed the reason of the combination of humanistic education and physical education practice in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hunan province and the present situation, and puts forward the related reform measures, in order to provide help for the educators, to promote the development of physical education in china.
