This paper presents the fundamental course of mechanical design must focus on ability, innovation as the basic goal in the reform of classroom teaching, by making full use of various teaching methods, improve teaching methods, improve the quality of curriculum design, attention to experimental teaching, classroom teaching reform to cultivate students' practical ability and innovative thinking and other measures of target.
