目的：探讨2微米激光联合小切口治疗高危前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的疗效和安全性。方法：2013年1月至2013年10月采用2微米激光联合小切口治疗高危前列腺增生合并膀胱结石45例，观察临床效果及并发症情况。结果：本组手术均获成功，本组患者手术时间30-130min，平均69min，其中取石时间10-25min，平均17 min。术中出血60-200mL，均未输血。术后留置尿管4-7d，膀胱造瘘管1-2d，住院时间8-15d， Qmax、IPSS等指标得到改善，未见并发症。结论：2微米激光联合小切口治疗高危前列腺增生合并膀胱结石具有出血少、围手术期安全性高，并发症少等优点，是高危前列腺增生并发膀胱结石理想的治疗方法。
목적：탐토2미미격광연합소절구치료고위전렬선증생합병방광결석적료효화안전성。방법：2013년1월지2013년10월채용2미미격광연합소절구치료고위전렬선증생합병방광결석45례，관찰림상효과급병발증정황。결과：본조수술균획성공，본조환자수술시간30-130min，평균69min，기중취석시간10-25min，평균17 min。술중출혈60-200mL，균미수혈。술후류치뇨관4-7d，방광조루관1-2d，주원시간8-15d， Qmax、IPSS등지표득도개선，미견병발증。결론：2미미격광연합소절구치료고위전렬선증생합병방광결석구유출혈소、위수술기안전성고，병발증소등우점，시고위전렬선증생병발방광결석이상적치료방법。
Objective:To probe into the efficacy and safety of clinical research for the treatment of be-nign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones by means of two -micron laser through urethra combined with small incision .Method:From January, 2013 to October, 2013, 45 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones by means of two -micron laser through urethra combined with small incision and observed the clinical effect were treated successfully and complications .Result:The oper-ation times was 30 min to 130 min, 69min on the average.Stone extraction accounts for 10 to 25min, avera-ging 17min.Bleeding during the operations ranges from 60-200mL with no blood transfusion .Indwelling uri-nary catheter for 4 to 7 days after the operation and bladder fistula one to two days .The median length of hos-pital stay was 8-15 days.Qmax and IPSS have been improved with no complications .Conclusion:Such are the advantages of the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones by means of two-micron laser through urethra combined with small incision:with less bleeding , safety during operation as well as less complications .
