本文以厦门大学嘉庚学院转专业情况为实证分析，思考高校特别是独立学院如何直接面对多层次、多种类的人才市场需求和多选择、多变化的个人发展诉求，“鞋子合不合脚穿着才知道”，坚持以学生为中心的办学原则，切实为学生提供人性化的一流的教育与服务的独立学院应如何面对学生转专业诉求，为学生的“专业梦、成才梦”创造更好的条件。

This paper analyzes empirically the situation of Tan Kah Kee College students changing their major, thinking about how colleges and universities, in particular, independent college respond to multi-level, multi-species talent market demanding and more choice, more change personal development demanding.“Shoes fit or not, only feet just know it”! Independent college which insist to the principles of student-centered education, and effectively provide first-class humane education and service for students, how to respond students changing their major? How to create better conditions for students’“Professional Dreams, Talent Dreams”?
