情景教学法是通过给予学生视觉和听觉的冲击而达到培养其听力与说话能力的教学方法，亦可拓展到通过创设一定的情景来增强学生学习的效果。随着情景教学法在语言类课程中的广泛应用，一些高等院校的专业课程的教学，也开始了对该教学方法的探索。在本文中，笔者将情景教学法应用到酒店管理专业的课程教学中，通过两组学生的对比研究，将考核结果进行t检验和非参数秩和检验，得出该教学方法对高校酒店管理专业课程教学具有显著的促进作用。之后，笔者结合多方资料，就目前情景教学法在高校酒店管理专业推广过程中所存在的问题，做出了相关分析并提出了建议。

The scene teaching method is a teaching method to develop their listening and speaking ability through giving students the visual and auditory impact, can also be extended to enhance the effectiveness of student learning through the creation of a certain scenario. With the wide application of the situational teaching method in language courses, professional courses in some colleges and universities, also begin to explore the teaching method. In this paper, the author will apply situational teaching method to hotel management professional teaching, through a comparative study of two groups of students, to analyze the evaluation results by t test and non parametric Wilcoxon test, the teaching method has significant effect on the course of college management teaching. After that, according to various data, the situational teaching method in the process of college management problems in popularization, make correlation analysis and recommendations.
