目的：观察中西医结合治疗对急性淤胆型病毒性肝炎患者的疗效。方法：将我院2010年1月-2013年6月肝病科75例急性淤胆型肝炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组予以常规护肝治疗，治疗组在常规护肝处理的基础上加用中药汤剂口服。结果：治疗组肝功能各项指标明显低于对照组（P<0.05），总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：急性淤胆型肝炎患者加用中药治疗可以增强疗效，提高治疗率。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료대급성어담형병독성간염환자적료효。방법：장아원2010년1월-2013년6월간병과75례급성어담형간염환자，수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조여이상규호간치료，치료조재상규호간처리적기출상가용중약탕제구복。결과：치료조간공능각항지표명현저우대조조（P<0.05），총유효솔명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：급성어담형간염환자가용중약치료가이증강료효，제고치료솔。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating acute cholestatic hepatitis. Methods:75 cases of acute liver cholestatic hepatitis were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013, and were randomly divided into the control group and treated group, the control group received routine therapy routine, on the basis of the conventional therapy the treated group add decoction orally. Results: The liver function parameters in the treated group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the total efficiency was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Adding TCM to treat acute cholestatic hepatitis can enhance the efficacy, improve the treatment rate.
