目的：观察肛滴平喘汤对慢性阻塞性肺病（Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease，COPD）急性发作模型大鼠脏器指数的影响，为肛滴平喘汤的临床应用提供实验依据。方法：将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、泼尼松组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组、肛滴平喘汤中剂量组、肛滴平喘汤低剂量组，每组10只，采用熏香烟加气管注射脂多糖法复制 COPD急性发作大鼠模型，取每组大鼠肺脏、脾脏、胸腺，分析天平称重，计算脏器指数。结果：与模型组比较，阳性组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组肺脏指数降低（P<0.05，P<0.05），阳性组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组、低剂量组大鼠胸腺指数升高（P<0.05，P<0.01，P<0.05），阳性组、肛滴平喘汤高剂量组、中剂量组大鼠脾脏指数升高（P<0.05，P<0.05，P<0.05）。结论：肛滴平喘汤可以有效缓解COPD大鼠模型肺部炎症，减轻慢性阻塞性肺病的急性加重，提高大鼠的免疫力。
목적：관찰항적평천탕대만성조새성폐병（Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease，COPD）급성발작모형대서장기지수적영향，위항적평천탕적림상응용제공실험의거。방법：장60지SD대서수궤분위공백조、모형조、발니송조、항적평천탕고제량조、항적평천탕중제량조、항적평천탕저제량조，매조10지，채용훈향연가기관주사지다당법복제 COPD급성발작대서모형，취매조대서폐장、비장、흉선，분석천평칭중，계산장기지수。결과：여모형조비교，양성조、항적평천탕고제량조폐장지수강저（P<0.05，P<0.05），양성조、항적평천탕고제량조、저제량조대서흉선지수승고（P<0.05，P<0.01，P<0.05），양성조、항적평천탕고제량조、중제량조대서비장지수승고（P<0.05，P<0.05，P<0.05）。결론：항적평천탕가이유효완해COPD대서모형폐부염증，감경만성조새성폐병적급성가중，제고대서적면역력。
Objective:To observe the anus drops Pingchuan decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of acute organ index model in rats, to provide experimental basis for clinical application of anus drops Pingchuan decoction. Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, prednisone group, anus drops Pingchuan decoction high dose group, anus drops Pingchuan decoction middle dose group, anus drops Pingchuan decoction low dose group, 10 rats in each group, using passive cigarette smoking and intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide induced acute episode of COPD rat model, take each rat lung, spleen, thymus, analytical balance, organ index. Results:Compared with the model group, positive group, anus drops Pingchuan decoction high dose group decreased lung index (P<0.05, P<0.05), positive group, anus drops Pingchuan decoction high dose group, low dose group of rat thymus index was increased (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05), positive group, anus drops Pingchuan decoction high dose group, middle dose rat spleen index increased (P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.05).Conclusion:Anus drops Pingchuan decoction can effectively alleviate the model of pulmonary inflammation of COPD rats, reduce chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation, improve the immunity of rats.
