This paper mainly discusses the importance of the present stage our country university young teachers into the Party ideas on social, University and personal development, and from the subjective, objective two aspects are analyzed in the thoughts of young teachers in universities in the current problems, and proposes the practical and feasible countermeasures on the existing problems, in order to strengthen the Party Construction in colleges and universities tissue, and provide some suggestions to improve the ideological and political quality of young teachers.
