轧辊扁面作为装配和传动部位，对尺寸及形位误差要求严格。提出一种利用正弦规配合百分表测量轧辊扁面对称度的方法。该方法简单实用，能消除接刀处及凹心部位的影响，可避免扁面的形状误差对形位误差的影响，提高测量的精度，更加真实地反映扁面对称度的实际加工精度，对现场实际加工起到较好的指导作用。

As assembly and transmission parts,roll flat surface size and form-position error are requested strictly.A method about measuring roll flat face symmetry was presented using sine gauge with dial indicator.This method is simple and practical.Using the method,the effections of joint knife and the concave heart part can be eliminated,and influence of the flat shape error on form-po-sition error can be avoided,the measurement accuracy is improved,the actual machining precision of flat face symmetry is reacted more really.It has better guidance to actual processing.
