根据工程实际的需要,提出一种基于CAN总线的伺服电机正反转同步控制方案。即将一台正转交流伺服电机与一台反转交流伺服电机实现龙门同步控制,以此来实现单轴的运动。通过试制样机实现了系统的控制目的,并将同步控制误差范围控制在1 mm内,其运行结果达到设计要求。

According to the demand of practical engineering,the synchronous control program of reversible turn electric servomo-tor was proposed based on CAN bus.The gantry synchronous control was realized by a forward ac servomotor and a reversal ac servomo-tor,so as to realize single shaft movement.Through trial manufacturing of a sample machine,the control purpose for system is real-ized,the synchronization control error was limited within 1 mm,and its running results meet the design requirements.
