针对适合高压的电控调节阀非常少且价格昂贵,并且不能实时自动调节等题,以PLC结合模数转换模块作为数据采集控制器,并通过RS485传输实现了数据自动采集、阀门控制与阀门故障紧急处理;根据监控中心需要完成的监控功能指标,利用组态软件结合数据库软件实现远程状态监控,可操作远程端的所有功能和实时显示远程端阀门的工作状态,并具有数据自动保存和自动报警功能。
針對適閤高壓的電控調節閥非常少且價格昂貴,併且不能實時自動調節等題,以PLC結閤模數轉換模塊作為數據採集控製器,併通過RS485傳輸實現瞭數據自動採集、閥門控製與閥門故障緊急處理;根據鑑控中心需要完成的鑑控功能指標,利用組態軟件結閤數據庫軟件實現遠程狀態鑑控,可操作遠程耑的所有功能和實時顯示遠程耑閥門的工作狀態,併具有數據自動保存和自動報警功能。

Aiming at the problems of high pressure regulation valve was less,more expensive and could not be regulated in real-time,a data acquisition controller was built based on PLC and A/D conversion model,automatic data acquisition,valve control and valve failure emergency treatment were achieved through digital broadcasting station.According to the monitoring indicators,remote state monitor was realized using configuration software and database.All the functions of the remote end can be operated the working status of the valve can be displayed real-time.Moreover,the data are saved automatically with alarm function.
