DW1型油液污染度测试仪是一种滤膜恒压堵塞型便携式污染检测仪。利用VB6.0编写程序界面，开发串行通信程序，实现了对测试仪检测数据的采集和实时显示；利用VB的基本绘图功能绘制通过滤膜的流量/体积随时间变化的曲线图，实现了数据的可视化；结合油液污染度检测模型，能够确定出油液中的固体颗粒数及污染度等级。并对所编写的软件进行了测试，结果表明：该监控系统界面友善，操作简便，对完善油液污染度检测模型起了关键作用。

DW1 oil contamination level tester is a kind of portable contamination tester with a voltage blocking membrane.Based on VB6.0,a programming interface and a serial communication program were designed,to real-time collect and display the testing da-ta.The basic VB drawing functions were used to draw curves of flow/volume,realizing the data visualization.Partical number and con-tamination level of the testing oil could be determined combining with the contamination level model.The software was run.It is shown that the monitoring system has a friendly interface and can be operated easily,it plays a key role to improve the oil contamination mod-el.
