The orthogonal experiment plans of injection molding process of plastic socket were determined.Different experiment results were gotten.The injection molding process was analyzed,so reasonable technological parameters were obtained.Using orthogo-nal experimental method,experiment repetitiveness and blindness are reduced,experiment time is saved.It has some significance for real production.
