根据煤矿救灾应急的实际需要,提出了一种新型井下语音应急广播系统的设计方案,详细介绍该系统的设计原理、结构、主要功能和软硬件设计,重点阐述了系统发送端与接收端两个子系统实现的关键技术。运行结果表明,该系统稳定、可靠,音频播放流畅,能够满足矿井现场的实际需要。

The paper proposed a new design for the underground voice emergency broadcast system, it according to the actual needs of coal mine disaster emergency. It is to introduce the design principle, structure, main functions, software design and hard-ware design of the system. It focuses on key technology of two sub system realization;include the transmitting end and the receiv-ing end. The running results show that, the system is stable and reliable, audio smooth, it meet the actual needs of mine field.
