目的：比较两种麻醉方式用于髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月至2013年3月于我院行髋关节置换术的40例，随机分为两组，其中对照组（20例）实施硬膜外麻醉，观察组（20例）实施腰硬联合麻醉，对比两组临床效果。结果麻醉前及麻醉后10min，两组各项指标无明显差异（P>0.05）；麻醉后25min与40min，观察组的sBP、dBP及Hr指标明显低于对照组，且麻醉优良率明显高于对照组（100.0%vs85.0%），麻醉时间较对照组明显缩短，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论腰硬联合麻醉应用于髋关节置换术中，可有效促进患者心率、血压的稳定，起效时间短，麻醉效果好，值得推广。

목적：비교량충마취방식용우관관절치환술적림상효과。방법선취2010년3월지2013년3월우아원행관관절치환술적40례，수궤분위량조，기중대조조（20례）실시경막외마취，관찰조（20례）실시요경연합마취，대비량조림상효과。결과마취전급마취후10min，량조각항지표무명현차이（P>0.05）；마취후25min여40min，관찰조적sBP、dBP급Hr지표명현저우대조조，차마취우량솔명현고우대조조（100.0%vs85.0%），마취시간교대조조명현축단，P<0.05，유통계학의의。결론요경연합마취응용우관관절치환술중，가유효촉진환자심솔、혈압적은정，기효시간단，마취효과호，치득추엄。
Objectiveto compare the clinical effect of two different anesthesia methods used in hip arthroplasty.Methods from 2010 March to 2013 March in 40 cases in our hospital for hip replacement surgery, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (20 cases) after epidural anesthesia, the observation group (20 cases) the implementation of combined spinal epidural anesthesia, compared two groups of clinical effect.Results Before anesthesia and 10min after anesthesia, no signiifcant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); 25min and 40min after anesthesia, the observation group SBP, DBP and HR index was signiifcantly lower than the control group, the anesthesia and the excellent and good rate was signiifcantly higher than the control group (100.0%vs85.0%), anesthesia time was signiifcantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05, has statistical signiifcance.Conclusion the application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for hip joint replacement, can effectively promote the heart rate, blood pressure, short onset time, anesthesia effect is good, worthy of promotion.
