目的:建立新西兰大白兔上颌矢状扩弓动物模型,为临床及科研提供实验依据。方法8周龄新西兰大白兔15只,体重1.5~1.7 kg,随机分成实验组8只,对照组7只。用0.40 mm的澳丝加垂直曲弯制上颌扩弓器,将扩弓器的两个游离臂末端插入第一、二磨牙邻接点之下,打开垂直曲使其产生150 g的扩张力,对照组不做任何处理。所有动物分2次按25 mg/kg经耳缘静脉注射盐酸四环素。主动加力2周后分别对大鼠上颌腭部区域进行成骨细胞计数和四环素荧光积分光密度测算。结果 HE染色可见实验组上颌骨腭部骨边缘成骨细胞增生活跃,呈带状聚集,成骨细胞数量明显多与对照组( P <0.05)。同时四环素积分光密度分析实验组荧光标记沉积带较多,强度也高于对照组( P <0.05)。结论新西兰大白兔上颌矢状扩弓动物模型能客观反映骨改建,且操作简单、可重复性强。

목적:건립신서란대백토상합시상확궁동물모형,위림상급과연제공실험의거。방법8주령신서란대백토15지,체중1.5~1.7 kg,수궤분성실험조8지,대조조7지。용0.40 mm적오사가수직곡만제상합확궁기,장확궁기적량개유리비말단삽입제일、이마아린접점지하,타개수직곡사기산생150 g적확장력,대조조불주임하처리。소유동물분2차안25 mg/kg경이연정맥주사염산사배소。주동가력2주후분별대대서상합악부구역진행성골세포계수화사배소형광적분광밀도측산。결과 HE염색가견실험조상합골악부골변연성골세포증생활약,정대상취집,성골세포수량명현다여대조조( P <0.05)。동시사배소적분광밀도분석실험조형광표기침적대교다,강도야고우대조조( P <0.05)。결론신서란대백토상합시상확궁동물모형능객관반영골개건,차조작간단、가중복성강。
Objective To establish experimental animal model of maxillary sagittal expansion in New Zealand white rabbits so as to provide experiment data for clinic and scientific research .Methods The 15 New Zealand white rabbits ( body weight:1.5~1.7kg,8-week age) were randomly divided into experimental group ( n =8) and control group ( n =7).The rabbits in experimental group were placed on the expansion appliance ,inserting into the diastema between the first and second molars,however,the rabbits in control group were not treated .The rabbits in experimental group were intravenously injected tetracycline hydrochloride 25 mg/kg via ear marginal veins .After 2-week initiative expansion ,the osteoblasts in upper jaw pars palatalis were calculated , respevtively , and tetracycline hydrochloride fluorescence integral optical density calculation was performed.Results HE staining showed that the osteoblast proliferation in upper jaw pars palatalis was active , with girdle-shaped aggregation,furthermore,the osteoblasts were significantly more than those in control group ( P <0.05). Meanwhile tetracycline hydrochloride fluorescence integral optical density analysis showed that fluorescence labeling broad bands along the stretch direction in experimental group were significantly more than those in control group ,so were the intensity (P <0.05).Conclusion The experimental animal model of maxillary sagittal expansion in New Zealand white rabbits can objectively reflect bone remodeling ,with the advantages of easy operation and good repeatability .
