Organic Reaction for Rrug Synthesis course was abstract and difficult to learn and students ’ initiatives played a vital role in the whole leaning process.During the course teaching , the teacher was supposed to cultivate students ’ interest in theoretical learning by combining theory and practice , and seizing every possible chance to develop their sense and capability of self -learning.These methods can effectively arouse students ’ interest and initiatives of learning, converting passive acceptance of knowledge into active learning.Accordingly, the effects of teaching were believed to be further improvable.
