提出了目前智能变电站研究的不足之处,对新一代智能变电站整体方案中的关键技术:层次化保护、集成整合型测控、二次设备状态监测和评估进行了分析;基于层次分析法( analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和模糊综合评价法提出了一种评价变电站经济性能的计算方法,按照变电站全寿命周期内的经济因子建立结构模型,构建变电站经济性能综合评价体系,推导出体系中各因素的评价计算方法;对采用新一代智能变电站整体方案的某110 kV变电站进行了评估,得出了结论:能够有效地降低变电站全寿命周期成本。

This paper discusses the limitations of present research on smart substations and analyzes crucial technolo-gies for the new generation smart substation, namely hierarchical protection, integrated measuring-control devices, on-line monitoring and evaluation for the secondary electrical equipment. Based on analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a method to evaluate economic performance of the substation is proposed. First, the structural model is established for the economic factor in the whole life cycle of the substation. Then a comprehen-sive evaluation system for the economic performance of the substation is constructed, and the evaluation and calcula-tion method of the factors in the system are deduced. Evaluation on an 110kV new generation smart substation shows that the it can effectively reduce the life-cycle cost of the substation.
