提出了监测点在监测时间段内电压暂降引起敏感设备故障频次的研究方法。在生活生产中,电压暂降对敏感设备的破坏是一种严重的电能质量问题,电压暂降引起敏感设备从安全状态到故障状态存在一个过渡过程,敏感设备在电压暂降耐受区域内故障与否存在不确定性。本方法运用概率密度函数刻画电压暂降发生在不确定域内时引起敏感设备故障的情况,通过统计监测点在该时间段内各次电压暂降事故的特征量,通过多点测定累积得出敏感设备在该时段内的故障频次。用台式计算机作为实验设备验证本方法,并与运用ITIC曲线得出的结果进行比较,证明该方法的优越性与准确性。

A method calculating the fault frequency of sensitive equipment caused by voltage sag in the monitoring pe-riod is proposed. In life and production, destruction of sensitive equipment caused by voltage sag is a serious power quality problem. Voltage sag causes the state change of the sensitive equipment from safe state to fault state, which is a transient process and it is uncertain whether the equipment is faulty in the region of the voltage tolerance curve ( VTC) . In the paper, we use the probability density function to characterize the fault state caused by voltage sag hap-pened in the region of VTC, and use the cumulative method to calculate fault frequency of the sensitive equipment through the voltage sag characteristic parameters in the period of monitoring time. Desktop computers are used as ex-periment equipment to verify the proposed method, and result comparison with that calculated using the ITIC curve shows the advantage and accuracy of the method.
