建立恰当的可靠性模型是可靠性分析的基础,而混合威布尔分布在分析多失效模式的电工产品寿命试验数据、建模失效分布上起着重要作用,但其引入较多未知参数制约了应用。为了提高混合威布尔分布参数估计的精确性与适用性,运用非线性最小二乘理论建立混合威布尔分布参数优化估计模型,设计阻尼牛顿算法求解参数估计问题。实际算例表明该建模方法准确可行,与其他算法相比该算法收敛范围大,迭代速度较快,且具有较高的精确度。

Appropriate reliability model is the basis of reliability analysis, and mixed Weibull distribution plays an im-portant role to analyze electrical engineering products with more than one failure modes and model failure distribution. The introduction of lots of unknown parameters, however, restricts its application. In order to improve the accuracy of estimation of distribution parameters, Nonlinear Least Square theory is adopted to establish mixed Weibull parameters estimation model, based on which Damped Newton algorithm is designed to solve the parameter estimation problem. A numerical example is employed to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method. Comparing with other methods, the proposed method is more accurate with a bigger convergence scope and a faster iteration speed.
