通过分析燃料气螺杆压缩机振动超标的原因,在排除了机械原因后,从工艺角度入手,对压缩机振动值、燃料气组分进行数据采集、分析,找出燃料气中氢气含量的变化对螺杆压缩机振动的影响,并得出了螺杆压缩机振动值随燃料气中氢气含量的增加而增大的结论。
通過分析燃料氣螺桿壓縮機振動超標的原因,在排除瞭機械原因後,從工藝角度入手,對壓縮機振動值、燃料氣組分進行數據採集、分析,找齣燃料氣中氫氣含量的變化對螺桿壓縮機振動的影響,併得齣瞭螺桿壓縮機振動值隨燃料氣中氫氣含量的增加而增大的結論。

By analyzing the reason of flare gas screw compressor vibration exceed the standard , after eliminating the mechanical reasons , starting from the angle of process , the compressor vibration value , flare gas composition of data acquisition and analysis , the influence of change of hydrogen content in the flare gas for screw compressor vibration was found out , which was increased with the increase of hydrogen content in the flare gas the value of screw compressor vibration.
