合成了一系列的水溶性高醚化度氨基树脂防火涂料。通过不同pH值、摩尔组分配比、反应时间和反应温度等条件的改变,研究了水溶性高醚化度氨基树脂防火涂料在不同条件下的耐水性、附着力和防火性能,并用红外光谱法测定甲氧基含量的测定,用加热烘焙法测定树脂的固含量。从而确定适宜的最佳的醚化pH值、原料组分摩尔比和最佳的反应温度、反应时间。实验结果表明,研制出了高醚化度的水溶性氨基树脂防火涂料。

A serials of water-soluble high degree of etherification amino coating were synthesized.Through changed conditions of pH value , molar ratios, reaction time, reaction temperature , dehydration technology , the effects of components on product properties , such as water resistance , adhesion , fireproof performance , infrared spectroscopy were used to measure content of methoxyl group , heat baking process were used to measure the solid content of products.As a result, optimal etherification PH value , reaction temperature& reaction time were determined.According to the result of experiments , water-soluble high degree of etherification amino resin for fire -resistant coatings was prepared.
