实验采用失重法研究了腰果酚对铝在NaOH溶液和HCl溶液中,在不同的腰果酚用量、温度、 NaOH浓度(或HCl用量)和反应时间条件下缓蚀作用的变化规律,为工业上铝的腐蚀防护提供帮助。实验结果表明:腰果酚对铝在NaOH溶液和HCl溶液中都有良好的缓蚀作用,且在较低温度下缓蚀作用更好;缓蚀作用随着腰果酚用量增加而增强,当腰果酚用量达到一定量时缓蚀作用不再增强或增强不明显。

실험채용실중법연구료요과분대려재NaOH용액화HCl용액중,재불동적요과분용량、온도、 NaOH농도(혹HCl용량)화반응시간조건하완식작용적변화규률,위공업상려적부식방호제공방조。실험결과표명:요과분대려재NaOH용액화HCl용액중도유량호적완식작용,차재교저온도하완식작용경호;완식작용수착요과분용량증가이증강,당요과분용량체도일정량시완식작용불재증강혹증강불명현。
Experimentl cashew phenpl was studied by weight -loss method of aluminum in NaOH solution and HCl solution cashew phenol in different dosage , temperature , concentration of NaOH ( of HCl usage ) and the corrosion inhibition reaction time under the condition of change rule for industrial aluminum corrosion protection .The results showed cashew phenol of aluminum in NaOH solution had good corrosion inhibition effect in HCl solution , and the corrosion inhibition was better at lower temperatures.Corrosion effect with the increase of dosage of cashew phenol was not obvious.
