将造纸工业废渣白泥进行预处理、改性后,与不饱和聚酯及助剂均匀混合,采用模压成型的方法制备复合材料-人造石。通过工艺参数、配方调整以及表面处理,使产品性能基本满足JC908-2002《实体面材》标准要求。为造纸白泥废渣资源化利用提供有效途径。

Paper white sludge was well mixed with the unsaturated polyester resin and other additives , after it was preprocessed.The composite material artificial stone by the method of compression moulding was prepared.Through adjusting the process parameters and process recipe , the properties basically met the requirements of JC 908 -2002 standard for solid surface material.An effective way was provided to realize the resource utilization of the waste residue of paper-making industry.
