In recent years , nano-materials were one of the novel materials which scientists were paying more and more attention.As an important member in material science , due to its special properties , was the trend of nano -technology development.The characterization methods of nano -material were mainly introduced.From the characterization , the particle size , chemical composition , relative content , surface morphology and so on.Furthermore , the development of nano -technology was promoted.
