目的探讨P53,MGMT,EGFR在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法收集40例患者的临床特点,用免疫组化染色后,观察计算标本中P53,MGMT,EGFR的表达,分析其与脑胶质瘤的关系,及其两两间的关系。结果40例脑胶质瘤标本中,P53的阳性表达率是47.5%,其中高级别脑胶质瘤的表达高于低级别脑胶质瘤( P<0.05);MGMT 的阳性表达率是37.5%,高级别脑胶质瘤的表达与低级别脑胶质瘤的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EGFR的阳性表达率是55%,其中高级别脑胶质瘤的表达高于低级别脑胶质瘤(P<0.05);P53,MGMT,EGFR的表达在不同的年龄段,不同性别及不同肿瘤大小中的表达差异无统计学意义。 P53的表达与MGMT的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),P53的表达与EGFR的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 P53,EGFR,MGMT可能在脑胶质瘤的发生发展恶变过程中起着重要的作用。

목적탐토P53,MGMT,EGFR재뇌효질류중적표체급림상의의。방법수집40례환자적림상특점,용면역조화염색후,관찰계산표본중P53,MGMT,EGFR적표체,분석기여뇌효질류적관계,급기량량간적관계。결과40례뇌효질류표본중,P53적양성표체솔시47.5%,기중고급별뇌효질류적표체고우저급별뇌효질류( P<0.05);MGMT 적양성표체솔시37.5%,고급별뇌효질류적표체여저급별뇌효질류적표체차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);EGFR적양성표체솔시55%,기중고급별뇌효질류적표체고우저급별뇌효질류(P<0.05);P53,MGMT,EGFR적표체재불동적년령단,불동성별급불동종류대소중적표체차이무통계학의의。 P53적표체여MGMT적표체정부상관(P<0.05),P53적표체여EGFR적표체정정상관(P<0.05)。결론 P53,EGFR,MGMT가능재뇌효질류적발생발전악변과정중기착중요적작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of P53, EGFR, MGMT and their clinical significances in glio-ma.Methods 40 cases were included in the study.The expressions of P53 protein, EGFR, MGMT were determined by immuno-histochemistry with SP system.Their correlations were analyzed.Results P53 expression was detected with a 47.5% positive rate.The expression rate of P53 in gradeI/IIgliomas was higher than in gradeⅢ/Ⅳgliomas (P<0.05).MGMT expression was detected with a 37.5% positive rate.The expression rate of MGMT in gradeⅢ/Ⅳgliomas was higher than in gradeI/IIgliomas but there was no significant difference in statistically(P>0.05).EGFR expression was detected with a 55% positive rate.The ex-pression rate of EGFR in gradeI/IIgliomas was higher than in gradeⅢ/Ⅳgliomas (P<0.05).The expressions of P53, EGFR and MGMT were not related with the age, sex and the tumor size (P>0.05).The expression of P53 was positively correlated with the expression of EGFR (P<0.05).The expression of P53 was negative correlated to the expression of MGMT (P<0.05). Con-clusion The expression of P53, MGMT, and EGFR may play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma.
