目的:了解乐山市临床护士职业倦怠状况,探讨护士职业倦怠与职业价值观之间的关系。方法:采用职业倦怠量表和护士职业价值观量表对四川省乐山市13家二、三级医院的473名在职注册护士进行问卷调查。结果:(1)调查对象职业倦怠各维度得分为:情感耗竭(19.91依7.00)分、工作冷漠感(8.63依3.60)分、个人成就感(27.62依5.83)分。(2)调查对象职业倦怠各维度得分因护士的人事关系、行政职务、婚姻状况、护龄和技术职称等情况的不同而存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)情感耗竭维度和工作冷漠感维度得分与职业价值观某些维度得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05),个人成就感维度得分与职业价值观各维度得分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:建议管理者根据不同群体护士的特点,从多角度关心他们,以减轻其职业倦怠感,也可以通过提高其职业价值观来减轻其职业倦怠感。

Objective:To investigate job burnout states of the clinical nurses and explore the relationship between job burnout and professional values. Methods:473 clinical nurses from 13 hospitals of the third and the second grade in Leshan were recruited and investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory( MBI) and Nursing Professional Values Scale-R (NPVS-R). Results:(1)The score of the clinical nurses’emotional exhaustion was (19. 91±7. 00),depersonalization was (8. 63±3. 60) and personal accomplishment was (27. 62±5. 83). (2)There were significant differences of all dimensions scores of nurses’job burnout in different employment types,administrative positions,marital statuses,length of service and professional titles (P<0. 05). (3)The score of emotional exhaustion and of depersonalization were negatively correlated with that of some dimensions of professional values (P<0. 05),while the score of personal accomplishment was positively correlated with that of all dimensions of professional values (P<0. 05). Conclusion:It is suggested that administrators can reduce nurses’ job burnout more effectively by care for them according to their different characteristics,as well as by improving their professional values.
