目的：观察银离子敷料治疗胃造瘘口感染的临床效果。方法：选择2010年3月~2013年3月我院收治的42例胃造瘘口感染患者为研究对象，将其随机等分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(银离子敷料组)，比较两组患者的治疗效果、舒适度及治疗肿痛情况等。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率为100%，高于对照组的总有效率(80.95%)，治疗后的舒适度及肿痛评估结果也明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：银离子敷料治疗胃造瘘口感染的临床效果较好，可有效控制感染，减轻肿痛，改善患者的舒适度。
목적：관찰은리자부료치료위조루구감염적림상효과。방법：선택2010년3월~2013년3월아원수치적42례위조루구감염환자위연구대상，장기수궤등분위대조조(상규치료조)화관찰조(은리자부료조)，비교량조환자적치료효과、서괄도급치료종통정황등。결과：관찰조치료후총유효솔위100%，고우대조조적총유효솔(80.95%)，치료후적서괄도급종통평고결과야명현우우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：은리자부료치료위조루구감염적림상효과교호，가유효공제감염，감경종통，개선환자적서괄도。
Objective:To observe and study the clinical effect of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of patients with the infection of gastric fistula. Meth-ods:42 patients with the infection of gastric fistula who were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment group) and observation group(ionic silver dressing group),then the total effective rates, comfort degree,swelling and pain after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rates of observation group was respectively higher than the control group,the evaluation results of comfort degree,swelling and pain after the treatment were obviously better than those of control group too,all P<0. 05. Conclusion:The clinical effect of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of patients with the infection of gastric fistula is better,and it can ef-fectively control the infection reduce swelling and pain and improve the comfort degree of patients.
