目的：探讨改良负压引流装置在气胸患者胸腔闭式引流中的应用。方法：选择2011年6月~2013年6月在我科住院治疗经胸腔闭式引流治疗后肺复张不满意的气胸患者116例，随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组将两只单腔胸腔闭式引流瓶与一条一次性膀胱冲洗管改装组合成负压胸腔闭式引流装置行胸腔闭式引流，对照组采用医疗器械公司生产的胸腔引流贮液瓶行负压胸腔闭式引流，观察比较两组患者引流情况。结果：两组患者治疗效果、肺复张例数、肺复张时间、疼痛程度差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组支出费用明显少于对照组。结论：改良负压引流装置在气胸患者胸腔闭式引流中的效果与商家出售的负压胸腔闭式引流装置效果同等，但其价格低廉，经济实用，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토개량부압인류장치재기흉환자흉강폐식인류중적응용。방법：선택2011년6월~2013년6월재아과주원치료경흉강폐식인류치료후폐복장불만의적기흉환자116례，수궤등분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조장량지단강흉강폐식인류병여일조일차성방광충세관개장조합성부압흉강폐식인류장치행흉강폐식인류，대조조채용의료기계공사생산적흉강인류저액병행부압흉강폐식인류，관찰비교량조환자인류정황。결과：량조환자치료효과、폐복장례수、폐복장시간、동통정도차이무통계학의의(P균>0.05)。관찰조지출비용명현소우대조조。결론：개량부압인류장치재기흉환자흉강폐식인류중적효과여상가출수적부압흉강폐식인류장치효과동등，단기개격저렴，경제실용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the application of improvement drainage device close drainage in patients with pneumothorax pleural. Methods:116 ca-ses from June 2011 to June 2013 in the treatment of pneumothorax in patients admitted to our department after closed thoracic drainage after treatment pul-monary reexpansion dissatisfied patients,randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group received two single cavity closed thoracic drainage bottles and a disposable bladder flushing pipe modification combined into negative pressure closed thoracic drainage device for thoracic closed drainage. The control group received the thoracic drainage liquid storage bottle for negative pressure closed thoracic drainage. Drainage condition were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significantly difference of the two groups of patients with pulmonary reexpansion pulmonary reexpan-sion time,number of cases,subcutaneous emphysema and infection of incisional wound,pain degree,the number of cases appear reexpansion pulmonary ede-ma cases (P>0. 05). The expensen of observation group was significantly less than control group. Conclusion:The improvement negative pressure drainage of pleural closed drainage device for negative pressure effect in patients with pneumothorax pleural and businessmen sold the closed drainage device for the same effect,but its price is low,economic and practical,and worthy of clinical application.
