目的：探讨品管圈活动在ICU患者非计划性拔管管理中的应用效果。方法：将2012年9~12月的非计划性拔管事件共39起进行原因分析，通过品管圈活动采取护士分层管理，建立科室三级质控网络，制定导管的评估、监控机制，统一导管的固定方法，选择合适的固定材料，强化低年资护士的培训，并在2013年1~6月对改进效果进行追踪评估。结果：非计划性拔管率由2012年9~12月的19.14%下降为2013年1~6月份的6.56%。结论：品管圈活动有效地降低了非计划性拔管事件的发生，患者的安全性增加，同时使护理人员的专业能力得到提高。
목적：탐토품관권활동재ICU환자비계화성발관관리중적응용효과。방법：장2012년9~12월적비계화성발관사건공39기진행원인분석，통과품관권활동채취호사분층관리，건립과실삼급질공망락，제정도관적평고、감공궤제，통일도관적고정방법，선택합괄적고정재료，강화저년자호사적배훈，병재2013년1~6월대개진효과진행추종평고。결과：비계화성발관솔유2012년9~12월적19.14%하강위2013년1~6월빈적6.56%。결론：품관권활동유효지강저료비계화성발관사건적발생，환자적안전성증가，동시사호리인원적전업능력득도제고。
Objective:To discuss the effect of quality control circle used in ICU patients of indwelling eatheters unplanned extubation. Methods:The Septem-ber-December 2012 event of unplanned extubation of 39 onwards,analyzed the causes,through the QCC,to take nurse hierarchical management,the estab-lishment of quality control department three networks,the development of catheter assessment,monitoring mechanisms,unified catheter fixation method,se-lect the appropriate fixing materials,to strengthen the training of less experienced nurses. January-June 2013 for improved assessment of the effects of track-ing. Results:The results showed that unplanned extubation of 19. 14% from Sep. -Dec. 2012 down to Jan. -Jun. 2013 6. 56%. Conclusion:The quality control circle could effectively reduce unplanned extubation events,increase the safety of the patient,while nurses improve the professional capacity.
