目的：探讨综合护理干预在Smart plug泪道栓塞治疗干眼症的应用效果。方法：将2011年1月~2012年12月于我院眼科使用Smart plug泪道栓塞的干眼症患者39例，随机分为对照组20例(40只眼)和干预组19例(38只眼)。对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上加用热敷、清洁睑缘、按摩、饮食补充棕-3不饱和脂肪酸、渐进性肌肉放松训练和音乐疗法等综合护理干预措施，比较两者患者焦虑评分、临床疗效和并发症发生率。结果：干预组患者焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)，临床疗效(干眼评分)优于对照组(P<0.05)，两组患者并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可以提高Smart plug泪道栓塞的疗效，减轻患者焦虑程度，促进患者早日康复。
목적：탐토종합호리간예재Smart plug루도전새치료간안증적응용효과。방법：장2011년1월~2012년12월우아원안과사용Smart plug루도전새적간안증환자39례，수궤분위대조조20례(40지안)화간예조19례(38지안)。대조조채용상규호리，간예조재상규호리기출상가용열부、청길검연、안마、음식보충종-3불포화지방산、점진성기육방송훈련화음악요법등종합호리간예조시，비교량자환자초필평분、림상료효화병발증발생솔。결과：간예조환자초필평분저우대조조(P<0.05)，림상료효(간안평분)우우대조조(P<0.05)，량조환자병발증발생솔차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론：종합호리간예가이제고Smart plug루도전새적료효，감경환자초필정도，촉진환자조일강복。
Objective:To investigate the efficiency of comprehensive nursing intervention for Smart plug implantation. Methods:In this retrospective observa-tional case series,39 patients with of dry eye were treated with Smart plug implantation. They were divided into control group and experimental group accord-ing to nursing care. The control group was treated by conventional nursing care. Experimental group was accepted comprehensive nursing intervention meas-ures,such as hot compress,clean eyelid margin,massage,dietary supplements of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,progressive muscle relaxation training and music therapy. Then the difference between the two patients were compared. Results:There were statistic difference between two groups in anxiety scale, the clinic effect of experimental group was better than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could improve the out-come of Smart plug for dry eye and reduce the complication.
