目的：分析乙肝病毒感染者相关知识掌握状况及知识需求，采取有针对性的健康教育，以提高患者的疾病知识，增强患者的自我护理能力。方法：采用自制问卷对符合条件的200例门诊就诊者进行调查。结果：初诊与复诊患者对疾病知识了解情况存在明显差异(P<0.05)，且与文化程度具有相关性。结论：文化程度较低及初诊患者相关知识了解较少，容易轻信广告。复诊及文化程度较高者，其相关知识了解较多，主动通过正规途径寻求知识及医学帮助的愿望较强烈。

목적：분석을간병독감염자상관지식장악상황급지식수구，채취유침대성적건강교육，이제고환자적질병지식，증강환자적자아호리능력。방법：채용자제문권대부합조건적200례문진취진자진행조사。결과：초진여복진환자대질병지식료해정황존재명현차이(P<0.05)，차여문화정도구유상관성。결론：문화정도교저급초진환자상관지식료해교소，용역경신엄고。복진급문화정도교고자，기상관지식료해교다，주동통과정규도경심구지식급의학방조적원망교강렬。
Objective:To investigate the infection of hepatitis B virus related knowledge and knowledge requirement,take targeted health education,to im-prove the patient's disease knowledge,enhance the self nursing ability of the patients. Methods:A total of 200 cases of eligible subjects were investigated by questionnaire. Results:The patient with newly diagnosed and the differences in disease knowledge (P<0. 05),and related with the degree of culture. Con-clusion:Low education andnewly diagnosed patients with little knowledge,easy credulity advertising,often see a doctor to go along with advertising,and refer-ral and culture degree is high,themore knowledge,seek knowledge and medical help activethrough formal channels more strongly desire.
