目的：探讨美国医疗机构评审联合委员会( JCI)评审标准在癫痫患儿预防坠床、跌倒的应用效果。方法：以我院神经康复科病区2011年首次住院的癫痫病例为对照组，以2012年JCI评审期间首次住院的癫痫病例作为观察组。采用回顾性研究方法，比较JCI评审前后癫痫住院患儿跌倒、坠床事件的发生情况。结果：JCI评审后癫痫患儿坠床、跌倒发生情况下降，与女孩相比，男孩更容易发生跌倒/坠床事件。结论：针对癫痫患儿特点，加强坠床、跌倒健康教育，可有效减少坠床/跌倒发生率。

Objective:To investigate the JCI accreditation standards in the nursing research to prevent the fall and drop from bed in children with epilepsy. Methods:The children patients with epilepsy in neurological and rehabilitation department were enrolled as the control group in 2011 before the JCI accredi-tation. The children with epilepsy in 2012 were selected as the intervention group during the JCI accreditation in our hospital. Retrospective analysis was em-ployed to compare the reasons and the rate of falls and dropping from bed. Results:The rate of falls and the dropping from the bed decreased significantly during the JCI accreditation. Compared with girls,boys were more vulnerable to falls and the dropping from the bed. Conclusion:For children with epilepsy, the health education should be enhanced to reduce the falls and the dropping from the bed.
