目的：探讨早期微量喂养联合护理干预对早产儿生理性黄疸的影响。方法：将120例生理性黄疸早产儿随机分为A组、B组、C组和对照组各30例。 A组实施早期微量喂养＋抚触；B组实施早期微量喂养＋非营养性吮吸；C组实施早期微量喂养＋腹部按摩＋开塞露润肠。对照组仅给予早期微量喂养和常规护理。护理期间，监测各组患儿黄疸指数、血清胆红素水平等各项指标。结果：A、B、C三组患儿血清胆红素水平、黄疸指数、黄疸消退时间及黄疸持续时间明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：身体抚触、非营养性吮吸和腹部按摩均能够有效改善早产儿生理性黄疸症状，具有疗效确切、安全、易操作等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early minimal feedings combined with nursing intervention on physiological jaundice of the premature infants.Methods:120 premature infants with physiological jaundice were randomly divided into group A,B,C and the control group(30 cases in each group).The early minimal feedings plus caress was adopted in group A;the early minimal feedings plus non nutri-tive sucking was used in group B;the early minimal feedings plus abdominal massage and glycerine enema was implemented in group C. The early minimal feedings and routine nursing care were given to the premature infants in the control group.During the period of nursing, the indicators like jaundice index and serum bilirubin level were monitored.Results:The serum bilirubin level,jaundice index,disappearing time and duration of jaundice was significantly lower and shorter in group A,B and C than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ca-ress,non nutritive sucking and abdominal massage can effectively relieve the symptoms of physiological jaundice in preterm newborns.
