目的：探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤的治疗效果。方法选取我院2008年1月~2013年12月收治的上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤患者做为研究对象，按照入院顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组应用鼻内镜下手术治疗，对照组患者应用传统鼻侧切开术。结果治疗组患者的临床数据优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。跟踪随访2~3年，治疗组患者的恶变与复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用鼻内镜下手术治疗上颌窦鼻内翻乳头状瘤的效果显著，术中微创治疗，术后无并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토비내경하수술치료상합두비내번유두상류적치료효과。방법선취아원2008년1월~2013년12월수치적상합두비내번유두상류환자주위연구대상，안조입원순서수궤분위치료조여대조조，치료조응용비내경하수술치료，대조조환자응용전통비측절개술。결과치료조환자적림상수거우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。근종수방2~3년，치료조환자적악변여복발솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론응용비내경하수술치료상합두비내번유두상류적효과현저，술중미창치료，술후무병발증발생，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the curative effects of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma in maxillary sinus. Methods Patients with nasal inverted papilloma in maxillary sinus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2013 were selected as subjects and randomly assigned to treatment group and control group based on admission order. The treatment group received nasal endoscopic surgery, and the control group received conventional lateral rhinotomy. Results The clinical data in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to the follow-up visits for two to three years, the ratios of malignant transformation and recurrence in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma in maxillary sinus is highly effective, minimally invasive and has no complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
