目的：探讨综合护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后患者生活质量的影响。方法：将63例宫颈癌根治术后患者按入院顺序随机分为观察组31例和对照组32例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施环境、心理、生理、健康教育等综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者生活质量、抑郁、疼痛程度和生活满意度。结果：观察组患者生理、心理、社会和环境4个维度得分明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）；观察组患者抑郁、疼痛得分低于对照组（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；观察组患者家庭生活、空闲生活、性生活、同伴关系、人际交往5个维度得分及总分高于对照组（P＜0．05），两组职业状况、经济状况、自理程度3个维度得分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：对宫颈癌根治术后患者实施综合护理干预可以提高其生活质量，缓解其抑郁情绪，利于术后康复。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대궁경암근치술후환자생활질량적영향。방법：장63례궁경암근치술후환자안입원순서수궤분위관찰조31례화대조조32례，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시배경、심리、생리、건강교육등종합호리간예조시。비교량조환자생활질량、억욱、동통정도화생활만의도。결과：관찰조환자생리、심리、사회화배경4개유도득분명현고우대조조（P＜0．01）；관찰조환자억욱、동통득분저우대조조（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；관찰조환자가정생활、공한생활、성생활、동반관계、인제교왕5개유도득분급총분고우대조조（P＜0．05），량조직업상황、경제상황、자리정도3개유도득분비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론：대궁경암근치술후환자실시종합호리간예가이제고기생활질량，완해기억욱정서，리우술후강복。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of cervical cancer patients after radical operation.Methods:63 cervical cancer patients after radical operation were randomly divided into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=32).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was implemen-ted in the observation group,including environmental improvement,psychological and physiological care and health education.The patients'quality of life,the degree of depression and pain and satisfaction with life were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of the patients in physiological,psychological,social and environmental dimensions were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01);the scores of depression and pain of the patients were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05);the scores and the total scores of the patients in the 5 dimensions of family life,leisure time,sex life,peer re-lationships and interpersonal communication were higher in observation group than the control group( P<0.05);the differences in the comparison of the scores of the patients in the dimensions of employment status,economic status and self-care ability were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of the comprehensive nursing intervention to cervical cancer pa-tients after radical operation can improve their quality of life and relieve depressed mood.
