目的：观察护理干预对颅脑术后昏迷患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响，改善患者临床预后。方法将76例颅脑术后昏迷患者按不同护理方法均分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行Routine care，观察组在对照组的基础上再给予预防双下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理措施，比较两组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢肿胀发生率、肺栓塞发生率。结果观察组和对照组的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢肿胀发生率、肺栓塞发生率分别为2.63%（1/38）比15.79%（6/38），5.26%（2/38）比21.05%（8/38），0（0/38）比2.63%（1/38），观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢肿胀发生率明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论护理干预能够降低颅脑术后昏迷患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率及下肢肿胀发生率，改善临床预后，减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰호리간예대로뇌술후혼미환자하지심정맥혈전형성적영향，개선환자림상예후。방법장76례로뇌술후혼미환자안불동호리방법균분위관찰조화대조조，대조조진행Routine care，관찰조재대조조적기출상재급여예방쌍하지심정맥혈전형성적호리조시，비교량조하지심정맥혈전발생솔、하지종창발생솔、폐전새발생솔。결과관찰조화대조조적하지심정맥혈전발생솔、하지종창발생솔、폐전새발생솔분별위2.63%（1/38）비15.79%（6/38），5.26%（2/38）비21.05%（8/38），0（0/38）비2.63%（1/38），관찰조하지심정맥혈전발생솔、하지종창발생솔명현저우대조조（균P＜0.05）。결론호리간예능구강저로뇌술후혼미환자하지심정맥혈전형성적발생솔급하지종창발생솔，개선림상예후，감경환자통고，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the influence on conformation of deep vein thrombosis in the treatment of patients with coma after brain surgery by nursing interventions, to improve clinical outcomes. Methods 76 patients with coma after brain surgery were divided into observation group and control group by different nursing interventions, the control group were given routine attendance, the observation group were given attendance for preventing deep vein thrombosis, the rate of DVT,leg swelling, pulmonary embolism were compared. Results The DVT rate, leg swelling rate, pulmonary embolism rate of observation group and control group were 2.63%(1/38) vs 15.79%(6/38), 5.26%(2/38) vs 21.05%(8/38), 0(0/38) vs 2.63%(1/38), the indicators of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the rate of DVT and leg swelling in the treatment of patients with coma after brain surgery, improve clinical outcomes,reduce patient suffering, is worthy of clinical use.
