目的:探讨医用冷敷器配合甘露醇静脉注射治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法:将160例胫腓骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,两组患者入院后均按医嘱给予20%甘露醇250 ml静脉注射。观察组采用医用冷敷器冷敷,对照组采用自制冰袋冰敷。结果:两组患者疼痛程度、肿胀程度、张力性水疱情况、骨筋膜室综合征发生率及接受手术时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胫腓骨骨折患者早期应用医用冷敷器,可以有效镇痛、减轻肿胀,使患者手术时间提前,有效降低骨筋膜室综合征的发生率,治疗效果优于自制冰袋。
目的:探討醫用冷敷器配閤甘露醇靜脈註射治療脛腓骨骨摺的療效。方法:將160例脛腓骨骨摺患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組各80例,兩組患者入院後均按醫囑給予20%甘露醇250 ml靜脈註射。觀察組採用醫用冷敷器冷敷,對照組採用自製冰袋冰敷。結果:兩組患者疼痛程度、腫脹程度、張力性水皰情況、骨觔膜室綜閤徵髮生率及接受手術時間比較差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:脛腓骨骨摺患者早期應用醫用冷敷器,可以有效鎮痛、減輕腫脹,使患者手術時間提前,有效降低骨觔膜室綜閤徵的髮生率,治療效果優于自製冰袋。
목적:탐토의용랭부기배합감로순정맥주사치료경비골골절적료효。방법:장160례경비골골절환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각80례,량조환자입원후균안의촉급여20%감로순250 ml정맥주사。관찰조채용의용랭부기랭부,대조조채용자제빙대빙부。결과:량조환자동통정도、종창정도、장력성수포정황、골근막실종합정발생솔급접수수술시간비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:경비골골절환자조기응용의용랭부기,가이유효진통、감경종창,사환자수술시간제전,유효강저골근막실종합정적발생솔,치료효과우우자제빙대。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of medical cold compress device combined with intravenous injection of mannitol in the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture.Methods:160 patients with tibia and fibula fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(80 cases in each group).The patients in both groups were given intravenous injection of 250 ml mannitol(20%)af-ter admission.The patients in the observation group were treated with medical cold compress device and the patients in the control group were treated with homemade ice bag.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the degree of pain and swelling of the patients,the incidence of tension blisters and osteofascial compartment syndrome and operation schedule between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early use of medical cold compress device for fracture of tibia and fibula can effectively relieve pain and swelling,so the operation can be performed as early as possible and the incidence of osteofascial compartment syndrome will be reduced.
