胶东是我国最重要的金矿集中区之一，玲珑石英脉型金矿床的地质研究奠定了我国金矿研究的基础；焦家破碎蚀变岩型金矿床的发现使我国金矿床的研究与找矿取得了突破性进展；谢家沟同韧性剪切带蚀变岩型金矿的发现为胶东金矿集中区金矿找矿开创了新的思路。本文论述了谢家沟金矿床矿区地质构造演化特征；谢家沟金矿床主要矿脉体特征及矿化类型；厘定了谢家沟金矿床的成因类型-为同韧性剪切带蚀变岩型金矿；确定了张家庵-谢家沟-铁夼韧脆性剪切带控矿构造系统的存在，并对其地质特征、控矿模式及成矿远景进行了论述。

Jiaodong gold deposit cluster is the most important gold mineralization area in north China platform. The research works to Linglong gold-bearing quartz-vein type deposit are the base of gold deposit research of China;the discovery of Jiaojia smashed alteration-type gold deposit made the gold deposit research and prospecting of the area to get the large evolvement. Xiejiagou gold deposit is alteration-rock type deposit which is control ed by ductile shear zone, and the discovery initiates a new way to prospect gold deposit in Jiaodong gold deposit cluster. This paper gives the geological tectonic evolution of Xiejiagou gold deposit;The characters of gold veins, its mineralization type and the origin of the gold deposit are discus ed in detail ,it is thought that Xiejiagou gold deposit is alteration-rock type deposit which is control ed by the ductile shear zone. This paper make sure that the existence of zhangjia n-xiejiagou-tiekuang ore-control ing ductile shear zone, and the geologic feature、the ore-control ing model and the ore-forming perspective of the ductile shear zone are also discus ed in detail.
