目的:分析白细胞介素(IL)1、IL-6、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、人转化生长因子(TGF)-β1、一氧化氮(NO)在颈椎病的表达及与病情严重程度的关系。方法选择2009年2月至2013年3月江苏省沭阳县人民医院治疗的96例颈椎病患者,根据MRI结果将患者分为颈椎间盘退行性改变组(48例)和颈椎间盘突出组(48例),选取同期治疗的颈椎外伤患者48例为对照组。对3组患者IL-1、IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1、NO在颈椎病的表达、与JOA评分关系和与膝跳反射之间的关系进行研究。结果椎间盘突出组6项检测水平均明显高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);JOA评分重度患者的6项检测结果明显高于中度和轻度患者(P<0.05);膝跳反射亢进患者的6项检测明显高于膝跳反射正常患者(P<0.05)。结论IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1和NO可有效显示颈椎病的严重程度,值得在临床中推广使用。

목적:분석백세포개소(IL)1、IL-6、IL-10、종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)、인전화생장인자(TGF)-β1、일양화담(NO)재경추병적표체급여병정엄중정도적관계。방법선택2009년2월지2013년3월강소성술양현인민의원치료적96례경추병환자,근거MRI결과장환자분위경추간반퇴행성개변조(48례)화경추간반돌출조(48례),선취동기치료적경추외상환자48례위대조조。대3조환자IL-1、IL-10、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1、NO재경추병적표체、여JOA평분관계화여슬도반사지간적관계진행연구。결과추간반돌출조6항검측수평균명현고우기타량조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);JOA평분중도환자적6항검측결과명현고우중도화경도환자(P<0.05);슬도반사항진환자적6항검측명현고우슬도반사정상환자(P<0.05)。결론IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1화NO가유효현시경추병적엄중정도,치득재림상중추엄사용。
Objective To analyze the correlation between interleukin (IL)-1 ,IL-10 ,IL-6 ,tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 ,nitrogen monoxidum (NO) and the severity of cervical spondylosis . Methods A total of 96 patients with cervical spondylosis were enrolled and divided into intervertebral disc degenera-tion (IDD) group and prolapse of intervertebral disc (PID) group for 48 cases .Another 48 patients with external in-jury of ceruical uertebra were enrolled as control group .Levels of IL-1 ,IL-10 ,IL-6 ,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and NO were de-tected among the three groups ,and there relationship with JOA scores and knee jerk reflex were observed .Results Levels of IL-1 ,IL-10 ,IL-6 ,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and NO in PID group were higher than the IDD group and control group (P<0 .05) .Levels of IL-1 ,IL-10 ,IL-6 ,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and NO in patients with high JOA scores were higher than patients with medium or mild JOA scores (P<0 .05) .Levels of IL-1 ,IL-10 ,IL-6 ,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and NO in patients with hyperfunction of knee jerk reflex were higher than patients with normal knee jerk reflex (P<0 .05) .Conclusion IL-1 ,IL-10 ,IL-6 ,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and NO might be closely correlated with severity of cervical spondylosis ,which could be wildly appliated in clinic for the prognosis of patients with cervical spondylosis .
