目的探索一种既方便疗效又好的治疗宫颈炎慢性期的方法。方法采用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜及微波两种方法治疗宫颈炎慢性期进行对比分析。结果采用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗宫颈炎慢性期，既方便疗效又好( P<0.01)。两种方法治疗宫颈炎慢性期的愈合时间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论采用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗宫颈炎慢性期，既无阴道排液，无创面脱痂出血，又无宫颈结构改变(凹凸不平)等缺点，值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore the cconvenient and positive treatment of cervicitis in chronic phase.Methods Com-parative analysis of the chitosan cervical antibacterial film and microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Results Antibac-terial membrane in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with chitosan cervical, both for the convenience and positive effect ( P <0.01).No significant difference between the two methods in the treatment of chronic cervicitis healing time ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusions The chitosan cervical antibacterial membrane in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, neither vaginal discharge, no exuvial hemorrhage, and no cervical structure change ( uneven) and other shortcomings, is worth popularizing widely.
