目的:了解临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药特性和耐消毒剂基因qacEΔ1-sul1的携带情况及其对含氯消毒剂的敏感性。方法采用K-B琼脂纸片扩散法检测抗菌药物的敏感性,采用聚合酶链反应( PCR)检测耐消毒剂基因qacEΔ1-sul1,用肉汤稀释法检测菌株的最低抑菌浓度( MIC)。结果73株鲍曼不动杆菌中,37株(50帋.68%) qacEΔ1-sul1阳性,含氯消毒剂对鲍曼不动杆菌的平均MIC 值为365.07 mg/L。结论临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌为多重耐药菌,qacEΔ1-sul1基因携带率较高,但临床常用浓度的含氯消毒剂可将鲍曼不动杆菌杀灭。

목적:료해림상분리적포만불동간균적내약특성화내소독제기인qacEΔ1-sul1적휴대정황급기대함록소독제적민감성。방법채용K-B경지지편확산법검측항균약물적민감성,채용취합매련반응( PCR)검측내소독제기인qacEΔ1-sul1,용육탕희석법검측균주적최저억균농도( MIC)。결과73주포만불동간균중,37주(50지.68%) qacEΔ1-sul1양성,함록소독제대포만불동간균적평균MIC 치위365.07 mg/L。결론림상분리적포만불동간균위다중내약균,qacEΔ1-sul1기인휴대솔교고,단림상상용농도적함록소독제가장포만불동간균살멸。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance characteristics of acinetobacter baumannii isolated in clinic and the disinfectant-resistant gene (qacEΔ1-sul1) taken along with acinetobacter baumannii ,and to explore its sensitivity to chlorine-containing disinfectant .Methods Antibiotic susceptibility was detected by Kirby -Bauer agar scrip diffusion method.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to examine qacEΔ1-sul1 and broth dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration .Results Among the clinically isolated 73 strains of acinetobacter baumannii ,37 strains were found to be positive in qacEΔ1-sul1gene, and positive rate was 50.68%.The average MIC of chlorine-containing disinfectant to acinetobacter baumannii was 365.07mg/L.Conclusion Clinically isolated acinetobacter baumannii is multidrug resistant bacteria , and its qacEΔ1-sul1 positive rate is higher , but the chlorine-containing disinfectant in practical concentration can kill acinetobacter baumannii .
