目的：探讨口服氯雷他定（开瑞坦）联合外用复方氟米松软膏（奥深）治疗慢性湿疹的近期临床疗效。方法将66例慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组（口服开瑞坦片10mg 每天1次，另加用奥深乳膏外涂）、对照组（单纯外用奥深乳膏）；用药疗程均为4周。观察两组患者用药后的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈8例，痊愈率为24.2%，总有效17例，总有效率为51.5%，对照组痊愈2例，痊愈率为6.1%，总有效10例，总有效率为30.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者用药后均无明显副作用。结论口服氯雷他定联合外用复方氟米松软膏比单纯外用复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹近期疗效好，且副作用少，是临床治疗慢性湿疹疗效较好的方法之一。
목적：탐토구복록뢰타정（개서탄）연합외용복방불미송연고（오심）치료만성습진적근기림상료효。방법장66례만성습진환자수궤분위치료조（구복개서탄편10mg 매천1차，령가용오심유고외도）、대조조（단순외용오심유고）；용약료정균위4주。관찰량조환자용약후적림상료효。결과치료조전유8례，전유솔위24.2%，총유효17례，총유효솔위51.5%，대조조전유2례，전유솔위6.1%，총유효10례，총유효솔위30.3%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조환자용약후균무명현부작용。결론구복록뢰타정연합외용복방불미송연고비단순외용복방불미송연고치료만성습진근기료효호，차부작용소，시림상치료만성습진료효교호적방법지일。
Objective To discuss the recent clinical efficacy of oral administration of loratadine combined with external application of compound flumethasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group(oral administration of Claritin tablets 10mg once/day and external application of Aoshen ointment) and the control group(simple external application of Aoshen ointment).The treatment course was 4 weeks. The post-medication clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results In the treatment group,8 patients recovered,with a recovery rate of 24.2%,and 17 patients were effective,with a total effective rate of 51.5%.In the control group,2 patients recovered,with a recovery rate of 6.1%,and 10 patients were effective,with a total effective rate of 30.3%.The two groups had statistically different clinical efficacy(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of loratadine combined with external application of compound flumethasone ointment shows better recent efficacy and less side effect than simple external application of compound flumethasone ointment and therefore is a good treatment method for chronic eczema.
