为了探讨不同育苗方法对茄子苗期长势及产量的影响，采用苗床育苗和穴盘育苗进行茄子育苗栽培试验。试验结果表明，采用穴盘育苗，茄子苗期长势、缓苗期、大田抗性、前期产量和总产量等均极显著优于苗床育苗的；采用50孔和72孔穴盘育苗时，茄子苗期长势和产量差异不显著，但均极显著优于105孔和128孔，对集约化育苗场而言，推荐应用72孔育苗盘，可降低生产成本，从而创造更大的经济效益。

In order to discuss the effects of different seedling breeding methods on the growth and yield of eggplant, we used seedbed and four kinds of plug trays to breeding eggplant seedlings. The results showed that, cultivated in the plug trays, the seedlings grew well, with recover period shortened, field resistance enhanced, early yield and total yield increased significantly, compared with those of the seedlings planted on seedbed. Cultivated in 50-hole and 72-hole plug trays, the seedlings grew well, and their yields had no significant difference, but the yields of the two treatments were significantly higher than those of the seedlings planted in 105-hole and 128-hole plug trays. So the 72-hole plug tray was recommended for intensive seedling breeding company of eggplant for reducing production cost and creating greater economic benefits.
