多数小杂粮集药用和食用于一身，能有效改善人们的膳食结构，是国际公认的具有特殊食疗、食补作用的天然绿色食品，近年来越来越受到人们的青睐，中国杂粮产业也蓬勃发展。然而，许多小杂粮及其制品至今还没有国家标准，使得消费品种、小杂粮及其制品市场化受到制约，企业和市场监管难以规范。它的局限性和滞后性已经制约了杂粮产业的发展。所以，本文从以上几个方面对完善小杂粮及其制品的国家标准必要性进行探讨。
