目的：探讨面瘫的综合康复治疗护理方法。方法对46例应用综合康复治疗面瘫的患者实施针灸、中药熏蒸、穴位注射、物理治疗，辅以生活起居、情志、饮食、用药、口腔、眼部、康复等护理。结果治愈8例，占17.39%；显效25例，占54.35%；好转11例，占23.91%；无效2例，占4.35%；总有效率为95.65%。结论对面瘫患者进行综合康复治疗护理是必要的，也是有效的。
목적：탐토면탄적종합강복치료호리방법。방법대46례응용종합강복치료면탄적환자실시침구、중약훈증、혈위주사、물리치료，보이생활기거、정지、음식、용약、구강、안부、강복등호리。결과치유8례，점17.39%；현효25례，점54.35%；호전11례，점23.91%；무효2례，점4.35%；총유효솔위95.65%。결론대면탄환자진행종합강복치료호리시필요적，야시유효적。
Objective To discuss the method of comprehensive rehabilitation, treatment and nursing care for facial paralysis. Methods 46 patients who received comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment were given the treatments of acupuncture, herbal fumigation, acupoint injection, physical therapies. They also received nursing cares relating to daily life, emotion, diets, medication, oral cavity, eyes and rehabilitation. Results 8 patients were cured, accounting for 17.39% of the total; 25 patients showed significant effects, accounting for 54.35%; 11 patients improved, accounting for 23.91%; 2 patients showed no effects, accounting for 4.35%; the total effective rate was 95.65%. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation, treatment and nursing care for patients with facial paralysis are both necessary and effective.
