Qingdao-Rongcheng inter-city railway crosses the Qingdao-Yinchuan highway grand bridge (48+80+48)m three spans prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous box girder. The construction technique of suspension pouring process is used. This paper mainly introduces cast-in-situ construction technology of the 0# block girder bracket method. The design, installation, preloading, template system installation of the bracket are expounded.
